Organic Papaya Glycerine Extract
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A clear to pale yellow liquid with very slight aroma. Glycerine is used as a solvent to extract the beneficial actives from the papaya fruit.

HOW TO USE IT
Skin Care
When used in products, it is excellent as a peeling agent to help remove dead skin cells.
This is ideal in a night cream, for example, so the skin looks renewed and fresh.
Can be added to cleansers and cleansing masks for congested skin as well as acne prone skin.
All skin types will benefit from this. Makes skin feel smoother, and look brighter and softer.
Ideal when a sun tan has started to fade and is looking brassy.
Use in exfoliating gels and scrubs. Improves the texture of dry, flaky skin
Can be used in pre moisturising gels or water based serums.
Use in everyday foot creams to help reduce hard skin.
Use in a hair pack when you want to clean up a congested scalp, perhaps after a weave has been in place for a long time.
Other
Use at 3% to 6%.
It is safe to use at higher amounts but there is a possibility that the end product may feel a little sticky.
Water soluble, so cannot be used with oil only formulations.
Once opened do not leave the cap off the bottle whilst you are working and after use, squeeze some of the air out of the bottle to reduce potential oxidation and seal tightly.
Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.
